We absolutely loved our stay at Braken Hut! Perfect time away together, the dog also had the best time!! The owners Lisa and Phil were lovely and always made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself is the cutest little cabin. All our friends and family want to book to come too now! There was a nearby pub and just a heads up you need to book before eating and they only have 2 tables which are dog friendly. Staff were quite rude but instead we collected dominos and ate in the cabin! We didn’t want to leave our little bubble. There’s so much space outside for the dog to run around and play with his ball. Lisa and Phil also gave us welcome drinks, essentials like bread, milk, honey and jam on arrival. We felt well looked after. I would definitely come again.

A wonderful place to unwind and chill out. We had our two dogs with us, there was plenty of space to take them out, four dog bowls in two sizes and a pack of treats for each dog! Brilliant! Lisa and Phil are lovely friendly hosts and were very welcoming. The hot tub and additional hut made the outside space even better. Fabulous views and a generous welcome package was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed our time here and are planning a return visit already.....

Absolutely fantastic location and accomodation. Stunning views over Lancashire and Yorkshire. Bracken Hut is perfect for two (and a dog!) and the hot tub is amazing, very relaxing. Bit of advice - be patient with the hot tub stove before adding more logs as it can easily get too hot. There is 2 huts and a barn on site but privacy has been well thought out. Lisa and Phil are great hosts, very welcoming. Highly recommend.
