Resting in the ancient market town of Garstang is this welcoming, semi-detached bungalow, 2 Pine Grove. Within easy reach of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, along with a variety of North Western Towns, 2 Pine Grove is a fabulous stay for a family of four. Park your vehicle in one of two sought-after parking spots outside the property, before continuing inside to a stylish, yet bright and cheery abode. The living/dining room has been created for relaxation, with dark green hues and plush sofas, along with a wall-mounted TV to enjoy a movie night with. The round, glass dining table is perfect for a meal with your loved ones, featuring luxurious suede seats.
Progress through the property to a contemporary kitchen, boasting grey and white fittings, brand new appliances, along with a brilliant electric double oven and a large fridge/freezer - the chef of the group will be delighted! Before bed, wash away the day in the sleek bathroom's very spacious walk-in shower; before resting your head in the double or twin rooms. Savour a steaming cup of coffee in the back garden as the kids and your furry friends play on the lawn; the garden also features handy bike storage for those cycling enthusiasts. Your amenities are only half a mile away, with convenience stores at your feet and the popular Crown pub close-by, for when you don't feel like cooking - you are on holiday after all!
Approx. a 40 minute drive away you’ll find Windermere where you will be spoilt for choice by the selection of shopping facilities, local pubs, romantic restaurants, and tasty takeaways, as well as access to the stunning waters of Lake Windermere, being sure to take a relaxing boat cruise over the famous lake among breath-taking scenery of mountains and hidden bays. Garstang is home to wonderful green areas, including Brock Bottoms Picnic Site and Beacon Fell Country Park, where you can work and picnic to your heart's content, before enjoying an evening of fun at the Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre. The thriving city of Lancaster is great for a day out, with its glorious Castle waiting to be explored, walking trails weaving through the pretty Williamson Park; venture slightly out of town towards the Forest of Bowland AONB and hike up to the viewpoint of Jubilee Tower to take in those beautiful views of the city in the distance.

It was spotlessly clean with a lovely fresh smell. The kitchen was great and had everything for me to cook a Christmas day lunch. Lovely comfortable lounge with a nice warm feeling when relaxing and watching TV. The beds were comfortable and a nice touch with TV in rooms, meaning my 90 year old mum could happily go into to her bedroom if she wanted to watch something else. Nice size enclosed garden for our girls (dogs) to have a little wander and sniff around in and they were very happy and content there, so highly recommended if you are looking for dog friendly accommodation. Lovely little welcome pack left for us, would happily recommend or stay there again. Thank you.

Very comfortable bungalow with enclosed garden for the dog. Super walk-in shower, well equipped kitchen, large smart tv with Netflix and Prime Video etc you can sign into. Thoughtful bowls, blankets etc provided for the dog. Treats for me as well - thank you. Really enjoyed my stay again. Garstang is a good base to explore Lancashire and Cumbria. Good dog walk down to the river. 20mins walk into the centre of Garstang or Booths has 3 hour free parking. Highly recommend Cafe Mila for breakfast and lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the Victorian Christmas market in the town on the 2nd and 3rd Dec. Only constructive comment would be 2 more wine glasses and a few more loo rolls (remembered from last time and brought my own!)
