Boasting impressive, uninterrupted views to the front, it provides the perfect opportunity to relax at a country hideout, with both the convenience of nearby village amenities and the Fylde Coast within easy reach. Once inside you’ll find three good-sized, comfortable bedrooms and a spacious open plan living/dining area that opens up onto the stunning grounds. Outside you can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and on the terrace whilst taking in the peaceful surroundings.
The small village of Elswick is set between the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the beautiful Fylde Coast. You’ll find two food serving pubs and an established ice cream parlour, all of which are around a 15-minute walk from the property. Further amenities can be found in the market towns of Kirkham and Poulton-Le-Fylde which are around a 15-minute drive and home to ample places to eat and drink, together with a vibrant nightlife.
The Fylde coastal resorts of Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes and Cleveleys can be reached in around a 20-minute drive and between them is much to see and do. In wonderfully cosmopolitan Lytham there is a variety of bars, cafés, boutique shops and restaurants, and in St Annes you will find a beautiful sandy beach with colourful beach huts. The area is internationally famous for golf and the towns also host various events throughout the year, including the Lytham Proms and St Annes Kite Festival. Blackpool needs little introduction with its many attractions including the famous tower, Madame Tussauds Waxworks, the Sealife Centre, Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Zoo. For a change of scenery the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is much loved for its stunning countryside and picturesque villages, can be reached in about half an hour. An hour’s drive can take you to the Lake District or city centres of both Manchester and Liverpool. Beach 9½ miles.

Absolutely delightful place to stay. In a peaceful setting but local pub/shop within walking distance. 20 mins away from either Preston or Blackpool. House was super spacious with huge outdoor space. Everything you need was provided. Host was great. Already looking to go back again!

Beautiful holiday home from home, everything you could need and more. The hot tub was a wonderful treat. The host was very welcoming and solved problems immediately they occured, our only problem was getting the beautiful real Xmas tree lights to work. Just don't like messing with things so he comes to show us how to work them. The only thing was the heating was set at a normally comfortable 20degrees which I fully understand with the cost of living, but the living room being so large was cool in the evening . Thankyou for letting us stay in your wonderful home, Trev our little Frenchie love all the grounds to wonder, walk, and play hide and speak in with the trees.

Excellent Amazing Stunning Beautiful!!!!!!!!!Just returned back and can’t wait to go back. Went with grown up daughters and grandchildren 10 mins from Ribby Hall so booked swimming and Santa Grotto there and 20 mins Blackpool went sea life and Gruffalo brilliant hot tub and Karl the owner was so nice and nothing to much trouble
