This cottage has been constructed to give a traditional look yet meeting top ’eco’ specification to provide quality accommodation whilst caring for our environment. It is built in stone, giving the impression that they may have sat there for hundreds of years. Every last detail has been carefully considered to provide comfortable living. Fallow House boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms, with one on the ground floor with its own wet room, ideal for less able visitors.
Paythorne is ideally located for exploring both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The village itself has a pub within 500 yards of the cottage, yet it enjoys a quiet, secluded location away from the village. There is a Post Office and garage for basic supplies 3 miles away, and the wonderful amenities of Skipton are within very easy reach. Paythorne provides an ideal location for walking and cycling, and there are many other amenities within the immediate area including a golf course. A warm welcome will always await you at Fallow House , and you are sure to be overwhelmed by the quality and location of this ’special’ cottage.

Beautiful accommodation. Ideal for family or friends. Great that it has an accessible bedroom with wetroom. Location is great and in a few minutes drive of Skipton or Clitheroe. Pub is 5 minutes walk down the road and serves excellent food. Will be booking again as it’s ideal to bring my elderly mum.

Love this house second time we have stayed at this property and it’s still as good as the last visit which was 5years previous, it’s has everything you could ask for with plenty of space for you all too relax and have fun the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage the only thing I would change would be the beds found them a bit un comfy but other than that a perfect getaway for the six of us , would definitely stay there again . The buck inn at the end of the roads was a defo for us serving up amazing food and bringing in the new year what an amazing night we had .

Fallow House is spacious and apart from some beds not very comfortable (nothing a topper won't fix) the house was ideal and I would recommend.
