Boasting romantic rural views, this Wooler cottage offers spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation, ideal for families and friends to get together and enjoy a memorable holiday in an idyllic location. Set over the ground floor level, this Wooler cottage has three charming bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to offer a soothing night’s sleep, while the cosy sitting room has French doors to the rear garden, and the dining area provides the perfect setting for a celebratory dinner or leisurely lunch.

Outside this Wooler cottage is a large lawned garden complete with patio, furniture and barbecue, ideal for family entertaining, alfresco meals in the sun or enjoying a refreshing drink at the close of an activity-filled day. Wooler is a delightful, historic market town on the banks of the River Till, one of the tributaries of the Tweed, nestling in the foothills of the Cheviots which form part of the Pennine Way. Known locally as 'The Gateway to The Cheviots', Wooler has a selection of hotels and eating places and offers a magnificent location for exploring the whole of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

There is a starter pack provided for the wood burner - The local garage at Wooler sells wood burning logs in the court yard as does Farm to Freeze on the other side of the road.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.

Bed linen and towels included in rent.

Travel cot and highchair on request.

Off road parking for 2 cars.

Additional roadside parking is available a short walk away.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, however, this property does not accept puppies.

Dogs to be kept out of the bedrooms.

    The setting is wonderful, beautiful sunsets, the sun going down behind the hill and a lovely garden in which to enjoy a cuppa or a glass of wine. The cottage was like a home from home and so good to come back to after enjoying everything Northumberland has to offer. The dogs loved it too!

    Only draw back was that the bed we slept in had an old, or very soft, mattress which caused problems for my back
