Dawn Cottage is a warm welcoming family run traditional farm set within the Dovedale region of Peak District National Park, between Ashbourne and Buxton. The owners run a livestock farm, and as well as breeding cows and sheep they also have geese, hens and sheepdogs. This beautiful barn conversion is located on a gentle hillside offering glorious panoramic views over the River Dove and open countryside extending to the Tissington Trail and the Dove Valley.
The cottage offers light and airy open plan ground floor living and three good sized bedrooms upstairs with original beams and fabulous views outside. The cottage is close to the Tissington Trail and the River Dove which can be easily reached on foot from the doorstep for many stunning and interesting walks and cycle routes.

We had a fabulous stay. The cottage was immaculate and exceptionally well equipped. The owners really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. Ann left us, fresh milk, eggs, bread and baked us a cake which was delicious. The views from surrounding fields were breathtaking and there are plenty lovely walks straight out the door as well as pretty villages close by. We would love to return, thank you for a wonderful stay l.
