Full of character with individual impressive features such beamed vaulted ceilings and exposed stone. There’s the luxury addition of underfloor heating to the ground floor and externally there’s an enclosed space, allowing any small children and four-legged companions to frolic freely and safely. A private parking space with EV chargers is available for this property; for cycling enthusiasts, there’s bike storage, and there’s even facilities to wash dogs, bikes and muddy boots meaning your companions and equipment can return from outdoor adventures clean and refreshed. This property is on a working farm, towards the end of March and ongoing for approximately 4 weeks guests may be lucky enough to witness lambing seasons with newborn lambs being born and the opportunity to feed them.

What a lovely place to stay. The Loft is lovely, comfy, warm, perfect to go back to at the end of a day. Dog wash is a massive bonus. Litton village has a post office that sells a bit of everything and the pub is great. Great location for getting about 😊

The most wonderful accommodation and hosts - the 'Loft' was spacious, comfortable and spotless, our hosts greeted us warmly and were on-hand had we needed - also providing delicious extras on arrival. The village has a great little shop, literally 100 yards from our front door and the Red Lion pub 5 minutes walk away was perfect. Our 4 legged boy was with us and there is a doggie wash room which was excellent and much needed!! We will definitely be visiting again.

The Loft was an amazing pace to stay. It was furnished to a very high spec and the welcome pack was amazing. Tracey and Robert were so welcoming and friendly. The bonus of a fenced yard off dogs area was a bonus. The Loft was so comfortable. It was central to explore the area . We had a lovely time amd looking to book again next teat .
