There are plenty of pretty villages dotted around the area including Llansilin and Llanrhaeadr ym Mochnant, with a choice of excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants. The ancient market town of Oswestry offers a unique range of shops, eateries, galleries, events and a host of attractions to enjoy. There are National Trust properties nearby including Erddig, Chirk and Powis Castles.
