Our second stay in 2 years. Value for money for full 7 night stay. Secure property with garage in lovely area. Everything you need for a weeks stay. Everything you need 2 minutes away shopping wise/takeaways/bakery.Lovely walks & 2 minutes from the beach. Dog friendly home & welcome gifts a lovely touch. Lovely warm home thank you.

Loved the fact that this was a self contained house so total privacy. We went for the coldest time and it took a long while to warm up but the second week was more comfortable. It was absolutely adequate for our needs, lovely and clean and Pevensey Bay was a perfect spot. It was nice to be able to walk to the local shop, restaurants/takeaways and pub. Also a launderette which we used to dry our clothes after washing at the house. The house itself was a small terrace and you could hear the neighbours through the walls. Nice contained small garden for the dog. The beds were comfy but the sofas not so much. If you’re looking for a cottage with character it’s not for you, but all in all we enjoyed our stay and as a nice base would say go for it. ☺️
