Less than 4 miles away, you can visit the superb Breamore House, an Elizabethan mansion that has an abundance of history attached to it. There is also a beautiful Saxon church to visit that is the oldest in Hampshire. Or why not take a trip to the coastal town of Lymington (22 miles) to enjoy fish and chips by the famous Lymington Pier and watch as the yachts anchor? The medieval City of Salisbury, with its 123m-high spire and an original copy of the Magna Carta, is around 10 miles away. A few miles outside of Sailsbury, you will find the legendary Stonehenge (10 miles). The seaside town of Bournemouth and Poole harbour, with its boat trips, are both within driving distance (18 miles) and well worth the visit.

To the left of the living room is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To the right of the lounge is the up a small step, you’ll be met with a large bedroom, complete with ample wardrobes and again, another stunning view of the river which can be enjoyed from the comfort of a king-size bed. At the rear of the living space is the cosy country-style kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal.
With a fully enclosed garden, complete with patio furniture, enjoy a drink and a BBQ whilst watching the wildlife as they travel down the River Avon. Furthermore, the property boasts a jetty where you can enjoy fishing all season, accessed by your own private gate. There is parking for 2 cars outside the property.
