Sandrock is a spacious and well-equipped cottage in a peaceful, quiet location with beautiful views, including a sea glimpse from the main bedroom. The large garden is a hit with pets, and the property serves as an excellent base for exploring. While the decor is somewhat dated, guests enjoy the property's layout and the nearby walks, especially in Gaggershill woods.
Guests were generally satisfied but one mentioned the property could have been cleaner. The owners were responsive to this feedback, indicating a commitment to maintaining standards.
The cottage is appreciated for its quiet and peaceful setting, with easy access to local amenities and nice walks. The narrow access lane was noted but did not detract significantly from the location's appeal.
The property is described as spacious and well laid out, providing a comfortable stay. The conservatory is a highlight for guests to relax and enjoy the views.
The property is well-equipped, though guests suggested the addition of a tumble dryer. The secure garden and ample provisions of towels and kitchenware are positively noted.

In a very quiet location, halfway along an unadopted road. The road and drive entrance is a little snug for larger vehicles. The garden is large and is connected to the front garden, so the front gates need to be closed to secure it. Our two labradors loved it.The house is large and well laid out, just a little dated. It was well equipped but would benefit from having a tumble dryer. There are nice walks nearby and our two dogs loved Gaggershill woods.

Lovely house, lots of room with a well equipped kitchen. The road to it was a bit rough but very quiet, had no problems at all. We ate in the 3 bishops pub on three occasions, it's not cheap but the food was excellent.
