This stylish lodge is located with direct access to Alverstone Ponds, set within an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is so much to enjoy from the lodge s balcony, from watching the carp jumping in the water to the seasonal ducklings swimming past. You just need to look out for that nosy Heron. Sandown is a short drive away, where you will find a wonderful selection of attractions, bars, and restaurants to keep you entertained. Enter the lodge through double patio doors, into the socially open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which comes complete with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining table is ideal for enjoying a continental breakfast or a sumptuous evening meal cooked up in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and under counter fridge/freezer. Why not cosy up in the lounge in front of the wood burner, whilst watching your favorite film on the TV or the ever changing views over the ponds. The master bedroom which also overlooks the water, features a king size bed and a wall mounted TV. Finally, the spacious shower room and WC completes the interior of this lodge. It s the perfect location for bird watching and fish spotting. On site allocated parking is available through gated access. Private fishing is available on site for a fee payable direct to the owner.
