Brilliant accommodation. Delightful owner. Close to all Canterbury has to offer and short drive to some amazing countryside and a dog friendly beach at Whitstable. The cottage is exceptionally well equipped with great outside space for relaxing together with the most comfortable beds makes for an all round excellent experience.

A lovely bungalow very clean and comfortable, and great to have the off road secure parking. Our little dog really enjoyed the beautiful garden as did we. Di was very welcoming on arrival and gave us lots of information about the area which was very helpful. There is lots to do in the area and Canterbury Cathedral is a must to visit. We would definitely recommend and love to return.

I would happily recommend ‘Why Not’ to family and friends.I chose to stay here as I know Canterbury extremely well and it is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. This was reassuring for me travelling alone with a baby and I was not disappointed with my stay.The rare parking area leads onto a lovely, well kept secure garden with seating area. The property has a good layout with a large living room leading to a sunny conservatory. The bedrooms are next door to each other another plus when travelling with small children. The kitchen has everything you could need for a self catering holiday. There is even extra glasses and cutlery in the dining room which has a nice bay window and great for people watching whilst having breakfast.The property is well maintained throughout and welcoming and homely. The hosts have taken into consideration what could make their guests stay more comfortable and easy. With nice soft towels and bedding and all the essentials, it is like a home from home. There was even a lovely welcoming gift. The hosts provided a cot, highchair and even a baby bath which was really helpful.I could easily stay here over and over again, as it felt very relaxed and homely.
