This beautiful luxury house is a stone’s throw from the beach and a very short drive away from some lovely pubs, restaurants and cafés in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury. The house is very well finished and offers enough room for a family gathering of multiple generations. with plenty to do on your doorstep and the beach just a 5-minute walk away, this property is perfect for a seaside holiday yet still offers the busy towns and cities of the surrounding areas such as Whitstable, and Canterbury, known for its famous cathedral and shopping precinct.
The House itself has a large lawned garden which offers a mediterranean feel, perfect for a family barbecue and drinks whilst the kids play games. Situated on a very quiet no through road. Beach 300 yards.

The house is situated on a private no through road, where the surface is made up of 20mm stones and there are no pavements, therefore this may not suitable be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

Nicely located for the beach and local shops. A nice amble on the coastal path into Whitstable. Very clean accommodation with everything you need, and a lovely private secure garden for dogs, and humans, to enjoy. Whilst some things need updating it doesn’t detract from the comfort of the house. Great communication from the owners too. A great base for visiting the Kent coastline and visiting Canterbury. I hope to return and stay here again.

We enjoyed our week at the Palms. It is a lovely comfortable house with plenty of room. The garden is fully enclosed so the dog could be let out safely. The beach is within easy walking distance. Whitstable, Faversham and the North Kent coast within easy reach by car.

An enjoyable stay in the Whitstable area although it was further out of town than we had hoped. Plenty of good facilities in the property including the parking. A little dated in places but perfectly functional in the main. We were able to explore the wider area using public transport which was good. Very good restaurants locally at a variety of prices. We would have preferred a bathroom with a shower as we are a party of 4 but not two couples.The owner was great to deal with but the Cottages.com customer services continues to be a cause for concern.
