Fabulous holiday house! The layout is well thought out and the beds were super comfy. My son loved the large grass garden and the goal and ball provided to play football. The beach is at the end of the road and it is easy to get onto, with gaps in the sea wall and a few steps down onto the pebbly beach. We loved that there were benches on the other side of the sea wall as my elderly mother could join in and watch the sunset with us comfortably. Deal is lovely town to visit, we drove in and found there were a number of car parks and it was easy to park in August, however, the town is walkable from the property, with many nice cafes and pubs you can stop off at on the way, which is a definite bonus! We would highly recommend this property!

The house is smart and well-equipped and immaculately clean. The location is good with quick access to the seaside and an enjoyable walk to the pier and the town centre. We enjoyed a walk to Deal Castle from the house and also caught a bus to Canterbury. My granddaughter loved the paddling poor area and her pizza.I have a slight concern about the shower and bath for accessibility for someone with disability - a handrail would help.
