Had a lovely time. Although it's a little out the way, if you have a car everything is very easy to get to. The pool is excellent and so was the games room and table tennis. There's enough there to keep everyone entertained. If you do any washing there was no cloths line. But there is a tumble dryer. A lovely touch was the welcome pack. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

The house is very spacious with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It is well equipped with high chair, stairgate and cot for young families. The kitchen has a wide range of utensils including sharp knives, lemon squeezer as well as the pans suitable for the induction hob. The oven and microwave were easy to use. There are also two fridges and freezers, several TVs and outdoor space. There is a comprehensive manual for the appliances. Eight people stayed here very comfortably, with layout of the ground floor giving so much space. The pool is very sizable and you can swim lengths in it as well as play games. There are sturdy steps into the pool and an easy-to-use cover to keep in the heat. The games room is also well stocked with a range of books and board games as well as table football and a pool table and cues. Table tennis is also available. We made full use of all the facilities aside from the sauna (just not our thing!) The location is perfect - 8 minutes to New Romney whose high street has several independent shops, restaurants and cafes, and on the outskirts there is a sizable supermarket. We also visited Hythe for a walk on the Promenade and Dungeoness to a look around the nature reserve. We had a slight issue with the heating / hot water on the first night as the batteries in the Hive controller were flat and the previous occupant had turned off all switches - even ones that needed to be left on! The owner was incrediblly helpful over the phone and the correct batteries arrived the following day. He also followed up to ensure that we were able to use all the facilities. Highly recommended. Excellent value for the size and quality of the accommodation and the communication between myself and the owners. Thank you
