A lovely Oast, very helpful and welcoming host and the best welcome pack we ever had. Thank you. Very well equipped and clean with plenty of space for the two of us and our two four legged friends. Someone else has mentioned that the door doesn't open into the garden, but we really didn't find this an issue with a nice path from the entrance to the garden which is secure.The village is very welcoming and the pub is wonderful. There are lots of footpaths to explore, unfortunately some are not accessible to big dogs due to sheep fencing, but still plenty to enjoy. There are lots of interesting places to visit with a short drive.All in all highly recommended

We stayed at Weaversden Oast for just over two weeks. It is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable accommodation in a fascinating building and within easy walking distance of a very nice village pub. The location is perfect for visiting a range of interesting Kent places including Sissinghurst and the lovely towns of Tenterden and Cranbrook. The hosts have been very friendly and helpful too. We'd definitely stay again.

Weaversden Oast is a beautiful converted Kent Oast. When we arrived we were greeted with a selection of local food, drink and milk in the fridge and a fresh Bloomer loaf. This is one of the best welcome packs I have had the fortune to receive.... it made our day!!The location of the cottage is within 1/4 Mile of the local Pub (The Bell and Jorrocks). This Public House offers a simple but well cooked and presented menu with something for everyone. A great selection of well known and local brews is also available. The walk to the Pub is along a footpath beside the road.The only down point about this cottage for us was that the road it is on suffers from pretty constant local traffic during the day and in to the evening. As former residents of Kent, we expected a village like Frittenden to be much quieter than it was. That said, we had a fantastic week catching up with friends and family and visiting some of our old haunts. Sissinghurst Castle, Cranbrook, Tenterden and Chapel Down Winery and Vine Yard) are all within 20 minutes drive of the cottage making it perfect for exploring what is a wonderful part of the Garden of England.
