A bright, spacious and rustic converted barn set amidst 9 acres of grass and woodland, with one double bedroom and one mezzanine sleeping area that can fit two. Cosy and secluded, yet near to shops and towns.. 1 step to entrance.

Please note: There are 2 steps in the grounds.. The best of both worlds - a secluded, countryside retreat that is just ten minutes drive from Tunbridge Wells and one hour away from London.
Have a cosy night in in front of the wood-burning stove or relax in your own, private courtyard garden. You - and your dogs - are free to roam the wider gardens and woods as well.
The property is a converted farm building that was once used to house working dogs, but is now a rustic, open-plan retreat providing light, space, quiet and comfort. It is as equally suited to intimate, cosy nights in as it is to lively gatherings with friends. The windows all have lovely views onto the surrounding grounds and the odd deer that passes by.
There is one bedroom with a standard double bed and one mezzanine sleeping platform above the sitting-room area,. This can be arranged as two single beds or another double bed. The property has a shower-room and a separate room for the toilet and sink.
Two sets of French windows open onto a private, courtyard garden and a small decking area, both set amidst wider lawns and grounds.
The hosts live in a separate house on the property and are available to help if need be or to leave you in peace if you so prefer.

This place is very tired. Paint peeling off the walls Black mould in shower and kitchen Loose cover on light switch Signs of damp in kitchen and sitting room Oven filthy, we wouldn’t use it Sink chipped and marked Bedding was good You need to do an anonymous visit

Went there with my 2 dogs and they loved it,to let them run free was great and so quite for me to chill away from it all..The people who run it are so friendly but let u enjoy your holiday how you want to...Close to the lovely Tunbridge Wells,with plenty of places to eat..Will definitely go back next year...
