we stayed here in September 4th-11th 2025Positives, ideal location for visiting local attractions.Negatives, shower not working for four days. total lack of cleanliness, whole place needs a deep clean, bed linen un ironed, pillow case missing. both toilet seats not cleaned. kitchen surfaces very sticky, greasy. kitchen floor dirty and sticky. large amount of dust on all glass surfaces. bins full outside and not emptied. front door closing and locking very difficult. could list many more items, so just be warned, take your rubber gloves and bleach!!! owner was contacted directly about these issues, however it seems nothing has been done.

Lovely cottage, perfect position for visiting Blenheim, furniture all good quality but sadly not very loved by anyone. Frankly it’s very dirty, all bins full, linen so creased on bed I thought it had been slept in and the beds really uncomfortable. Towels shoddy. Lovely lovely place but get someone in for a deep clean,
