Split cross two floors with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there are two further adjoining double bedrooms plus an additional shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

We had a brilliant time at the Heights. It's an apartment spread over the top two floors of a large house very close to the beach, with its own private garden. The accommodation is recently refurbished and they have done a fantastic job! Plenty of space for a multigenerational family group with 4 bedrooms. The top two bedrooms were perfect for our family with a double and adjoining twin for the children. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, and the lounge has plenty of comfortable seating. We loved the seating area by the window and everyone wanted to sit on the swivel chairs to admire the amazing view! We will definitely be back in the future, we had such a great stay.
