Electric car charging point. Private parking for 5 cars. No smoking.. The Heights is perfect for a large or two families or friends looking for a break away right across the road from the beach. Split cross two floors with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there are two further adjoining double bedrooms plus an additional shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

Had a fantastic stay with my parents and daughters. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well decorated. The showers were to die for and also the media wall which hosted a massive TV with soundbar. The comfy swivel chairs were a big plus with a view of the sea. In the kitchen was an induction hob and good quality oven (although this took a while to get used to with instructions). Although we didn't use anything from the garage, this was well equipped with everything needed for a day at the beach. Another plus was the beds and pillows were great and a large tv in each bedroom.If I was being really fussy, I would say the only downside was the upstairs bedrooms as you had to go through one to go downstairs or to the bathroom which was a bit awkward and not as private as we would have liked. Not another downside but rather a tip for future guests. There are two clear trays at bottom of fridge which, as they look the same as ones in any fridge I have owned, I assumed they were for fruit and veg. They are however for freezing fresh food which we only discovered after all our salad and veg was frozen when we went to use it! Thought this may help any fridge amateurs like me when they stay ;)Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

This has got to be one of the nicest houses we have stayed in, it has everything and more that you could want. It’s not over cluttered and all rooms are very large and lots of space throughout the house.House was very clean on arrival and great communication before we arrived. We would love to come back as had a great time and house is fantastic.

The Heights, was an exceptional place to stay. The house is well equipped with high quality appliances, for fully family gathering. Cutlery, crockery and glassware is plentiful, with a well kitted out kitchen to cook family dinners. Carole and Tess provided a full welcome pack and made sure our stay was relaxed and stress free.The beach is just 150 metres away, and the lounge window looks out to the sea. We didn't get the opportunity to use the barbecue or well stocked beach kit.We would recommend a stay at The Heights, for a comfortable, quality stay in an immaculate, well appointed house close to the sea.
