Split cross two floors with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there are two further adjoining double bedrooms plus an additional shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

A fantastic property in a good location for exploring the south coast. The house has everything you need for a self catering stay. The bedrooms are spacious with good storage and the beds comfy. There are lots of smart tvs so you can log into your own Netflix etc. the lounge was big with loads of seating and gorgeous sea views. We particularly appreciated the beach chairs and body boards as the pebbly beach is a few minutes walk away. You can walk east or west along the England coast path straight from the house. Around 2 miles west you come to Littlehampton and 5 miles east to Worthing. There are several restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We had a lovely meal at the sea view, around 10 minutes walk. We had an Indian at Reema, which was also lovely. We had drinks at the Tudor tavern and the Great Dane. Train station is 5 mins drive, good parking and you can go across the south coast. We went to Brighton on the train. All in all a beautiful property in a lovely village.

We had a lovely time at The Heights .The house is immaculate and has everything you need for your stay. A short walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The house met more than our expectations, the 3 generation family and our dog Charlie had an amazing time a big Thank you

The Heights provides excellent accommodation and is located, just off the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant location. We felt immediately at home and enjoyed a lovely lazy week in East Preston.
