Head to the nearby village of Oving, where you will find a traditional inn complete with its own Brewery or explore the many other pretty towns and villages nearby including Chichester and Bosham. Ideally situated for visit to the Goodwood Estate, the property offers excellent road links as well as wonderful walks through the South Downs.

On entering the detached property you are met by a beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with doors leading into the garden and a wood burner for those cosy evenings in. This stunning space has a high vaulted ceiling and contemporary styling, complete with hand crafted wooden details. This is the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring the delights of West Sussex, curl up and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. The seating in the lounge is a king-size sofa bed which is suitable for 2 additional guests, on request at the point of booking. The stylish kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. You are also invited to take a complimentary introduction to Barista coffee so you can make the most of the high end coffee machine to enjoy your own flat whites or expresso's. A spacious dining area is adjacent for enjoying leisurely meals. A stylish king size bedroom and bathroom, with shower over bath and WC complete the accommodation.

Heading outside from the lounge area you will find a patio with garden furniture and BBQ. This fully enclosed space is a private spot for settling down with a good book or wander past the grapevines

There is use of the owners on site swimming pool between 1st July and 31st August with daily opening times of 10am-12noon and 2pm-4pm
