The Lodge is an outstanding cottage, in peaceful surroundings, ideal for couples and families. The decoration and fittings and fixtures are to a high standard. There are walks and other attractions from or near The Lodge with a range of guides and maps provided. We have no hesitation in recommending The Lodge or, indeed, the three Valais Blacknose sheep that the owner keeps in a paddock. A warm welcome awaits all who chose to stay here.

The Lodge is one of the best cottages I have stayed in. The most beautiful location, peaceful, with a large garden . The house is well equipped and comfortable and very clean. We were welcomed by a lovely basket of goodies and delicious brownies. Will certainly be back!
