Enjoying a rural location in the lovely Sussex countryside, these two beautifully refurbished, detached single-storey barn conversions are located close to the South Downs and only 15 minutes’ drive to the beach. Within easy reach are beaches at Worthing and Brighton, historic Arundel with stunning castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Chichester with its cathedral and Goodwood/Fontwell races. Plenty of National Trust homes and gardens to visit. Shop 1 mile, pubs and restaurants 2 miles.

Absolutely lovely location to use as a base to visit friends and family in the area. Lots of public footpaths for dog walking nearby. The accommodation was fantastic, really comfy and cosy with a log fire. Lovely quiet surroundings for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect for a stay if you’re looking for a quiet oasis to serve as a centre for trips out. Good local walks, surrounded by woodland (best in the spring, with the bluebells in flower), and lots of interest within a car-ride away. Comfortable and homely; you can sit outside on the balcony (weather permitting, of course), surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the occasional deer, and not really want to go anywhere else! Stayed here twice this year, and can recommend.
