About this property

Our Caravan “Loire” we hope will be perfect for your holiday which is located in the area called Orchard Bank on this 5 star Holiday Site. The caravan is just a two minute walk to reception and one more minute to the entertainment centre and activities .

Your parking space next to the caravan is on the right hand side, Entry to the caravan is via the decking which has a small table and four chairs ready for that evening glass of wine or that afternoon cold beer.

On entering the caravan you will find a large open plan Kitchen which will have all that you require.

Gas cooker and hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, and Plenty of crockery, utensils, Pots, Pans and several Pyrex dishes etc.

The dining area consists of a large table with 4 chairs.

The lounge has 2 x two seat settees a 42" Tv and electric fire. plus fan for those warm evenings

Bathroom consists of WC, sink and shower.

There is one Double bedroom fitted with mirror, wardrobes, bed side units and wall mounted TV.

The twin bedroom has two single beds with high level wardrobe and central bed side cabinet.



We are pleased to tell you we supply a welcome pack. The Welcome pack which includes Coffee, Tea, Sugar, One pint semi skimmed Milk, enough to last at least a few days to get you started.

We also start you of with Washing up liquid, Liquid Soap in Bathroom and Kitchen, Toilet roll, Bin bag, Bathroom Hand Towel and Bath Mat.

We have placed some books, DVD's and an assortment of gamed suitable for both Adults and Children.

The location is in the beautiful area of Poole with amazing places to visit, including an adjoining beach, lake and nature reserve, the Holiday Park has so much to make your stay special also you can visit Corfe Mullen, Poole Quay, Monkey world, Bovington Tank Museum to name but a few

If you prefer to stay on-site, there are many activities on offer, from learning new skills at the water sports centre, hiring electric bikes or visiting one of the 4 on site food and drink venues. Entertainment and activity centre on site which will help you fill your days and evenings.

Please be aware Haven Play passes are not included in the price of the caravan but can be purchased separately from the Holiday Park reception,

Bed linen is not included. Some people prefer to bring their own linen. If you choose not to bring your own we can supply, allowing us to have your beds ready made up for your arrival.

For this service we charge a £20 fee. This will cover for preparing, clearing, and Laundry.

We supply :- double bed:----four pillow cases, one sheet and one Duvet cover.

Single bed:-----one pillow case, one sheet. And one Duvet cover.

We are also pleased to announce that Wi-Fi is available in our caravan for all your devices if required.

Please be aware all site Activities are closed during November and December .

For activities from March 2023 October 31st a fun pass is required at an additional cost available at reception or via the Haven link which is sent out with your Haven Confirmation email (If you meet Havens Booking Days .

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
