Lounge

The lounge has a large corner sofa which offers sea views. Its also has a fold out double bed. Spare duvets and pillow for this is provided.

Lounge TV has a USB port to bring your own device to plug in. There is a DVD player that is available for use. Please feel free to use any of the DVD’s provided. Please ensure that they are returned for others to continue to use. It has a TV and a fireplace for extra comforts. Patio doors lead to the wrap around deck area. Floor to ceiling windows provide beautiful views and light into the lounge. There are also pull up blinds and curtains that offer privacy as well.

Dining area

A solid wooden table that will seat 4 people easily. The sea can be seen when sitting at the table. Place mats and crockery and cutlery are provided.

Kitchen

In the kitchen, please feel free to help yourself to the welcome pack of tea and coffee and the salt and pepper if you should need them. There is also cleaning products under the sink along with dishwasher tablets. We have saucepans and cooking utensils to use. We also have a full fridge and freezer, microwave and double oven. There are plates, bowls, saucers and cutlery provided as well. Glasses and mugs can also be found in the kitchen.

Rubbish

Please ensure that your rubbish is disposed of when you leave. Bins for normal rubbish and recycling are located at the end of the road when you turn left. Bin bags are provided in bottom draw under sink.

Main bedroom

Cozy double bed with Tv in the bedroom. Double wardrobes with lots of hanging space. Side cabinets with lights and plugs next to the bed. TV has a USB port to bring your own device to plug in.

Twin Room

Two full length single beds. Over head cupboard space and single wardrobe. There are children’s books in here and DVDs. Please feel free to use them.

Bathroom

A full height double shower, wash basin and toilet facilities. Towel rail to be able to hang all your own towels.

Decking

Wrap around, gated decking is provided with a glass circular table and 4 chairs. Place mats are provided for outdoor use.

Iron and ironing board

This is in the wardrobe of the main bedroom.

Beach cafe at the end of the road with direct access to the beach, with a kids play area as well. Watersports available for hire from this location.
