This charming barn conversion is within easy reach of the beautiful Cornish coastline and moors, situated on the B3254 Launceston to Bude road.. 1 step to entrance.

Small enclosed courtyard with decked patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Lawned garden. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Lilly’s is a delightful barn conversion, situated on a working mixed farm in the middle of the beautiful Cornish countryside, and combines a mixture of traditional charm with contemporary facilities. The open plan living space is cosy, and has a well-equipped, contemporary kitchen, benefitting from a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included). The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a multi-fuel burner. The bathroom, complete with a rain shower over the bath, is found on the ground floor. There is also a large cupboard under the stairs, with an iron, ironing board and fireguard, and its also ideal for hanging coats and muddy boots. On the first floor you will find both bedrooms, one kingsize with a Smart TV, Egyptian cotton linen and ample cupboard space, and a single bedroom. Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Dressing gowns, goose down duvet and pillows (others available if allergic), and large fluffy towels are also provided for your comfort. Outside there is an enclosed, decked patio with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
There are plenty of walking opportunities from the door, with a farm track through the surrounding fields which your four-legged friends will surely enjoy. Lilly’s is conveniently placed on the B3254, just 6 miles away from the historic town of Launceston, with its 12th-century castle. Beach 11 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 6 miles.

A beautifully furnished cottage, so comfortable with everything you will ever need. Quality fittings and furniture, we have had a lovely stay and would return again. Ideally placed to visit the many beaches around or into the countryside for further attractions. The little steam railway was a delight, just one tiny “station” where a good walk brought us to a lovely pub for a meal before heading back to the little “station” for our return. The lovely clotted cream and jam scones were a lovely treat on our arrival at the cottage and a plus, was the glorious weather!

This is a lovely little cottage, clean and equipped with pretty much all you need. It has a small front garden consisting of decked area, small grass patch and gravel which is overlooked by other properties which can be either positive or negative depending on how social you are. I would consider this property dog tolerant rather than dog friendly. Down stairs is open plan, and dogs are not allowed on either sofa or upstairs ( although one of our jumped the baby gate on one occasion) so difficult to manage when you are upstairs asleep and dogs roaming downstairs. We always take our own throws just in case they sneak on sofa which were needed as only one small throw supplied. Had to travel some distance for dog walks. The road the property is off is national speed limit, quite narrow and winding in areas and no path/ grass verge to walk on so not really safe to walk along. I didn’t see any public footpaths in and around the immediate area ( right to roam) so I felt we spent a lot of time traveling in the car to different places to walk. I would say Lillys is ideal for a couple on their own just wanting to get away from it all.
