Set within beautiful countryside on the owner’s 140-acre working sheep farm yet just 10 miles from the North Cornish coast, it is the ideal peaceful retreat. These two barn conversions retain much of their original charm with vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework and are presented to a very good standard. There is even access to the lake with wild garden, cabin and BBQ area (no BBQ).The wild beauty of Bodmin and Dartmoor National Parks are both easily accessible and a must for nature lovers and walkers. The coast boasts sandy beaches and hidden coves ideal for surfing or exploring rock pools. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally. The historic market town of Launceston is just 7 miles away and the Eden Project is an easy drive. Shops 7 miles, pubs and restaurant 4 miles.

Wonderful cottage very relaxing couldn't fault it except maybe the settee a little low a struggle for older legs 😅 Host we lovely people really helpful , cottage is dog friendly ours loved every minuteWould highly recommend this cottage

Lovely cottage, warm and cosy and is great for dogs. Peaceful, remote spot but lots to go to see 30 minutes away. Host’s couldn’t be more helpful.
