Ideal location for exploring, 4 Cornish Chough is perfectly placed to enjoy some of North Cornwall’s most stunning attractions. Porth Beach, just a mile away, is a favourite with families thanks to its long stretch of golden sand and inviting turquoise waters. Please note there are dog restrictions in place during July and August. For those seeking the best surf, world-famous Fistral Beach is only a 12-minute drive, offering excellent waves and a vibrant surf culture. Lusty Glaze Beach is another beautiful option, though be prepared for the 133 steps down to its secluded cove!

If it’s not a beach day, there’s still plenty to do. Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium provide exciting and educational days out, especially for younger visitors. For a fun-packed family adventure, Lappa Valley Steam Railway offers charming train rides and a variety of activities suitable for all ages.

Walkers and nature lovers will appreciate the breathtaking coastal paths, with dramatic clifftop scenery and abundant wildlife.
