    Fantastic location. Lovely views of Fistral Beach. Flat 1 was well equipped with everything you needed. Except the Freezer was was missing. Bought frozen stuff with us that went to waste. There were many problems with this flat. Firstly we struggled to get in as key to front door was stuck. Stunk of Dogs when we did get in. The place was generally very run down and in desperate need of a refurb. The carpets were filthy. Bathroom floor is on the verge of collapse. There were others things not up to standard. If I had read the reviews before I booked I doubt I would have. I’m sure the owner must be aware of the problems as this seems to be ongoing. It’s a shame because of the location this could be an amazing property.

    With chronic health issues, the ground floor apartment adjacent to the car park at the rear and the wonderful beach views to the front, is perfectly situated. The apartment layout is good but there is damage to the bathroom that needs attention. Firstly, a small but I suspect growing slit in the floor cover. Secondly, the side of the bath was damaged, clearly a while ago by the looks of it. Both these points needs to be repaired, with an interim notice somewhere clearly indicating that the damage is already known about so that we don't visit and have to worry about whether or not we are charged with the damage. But most of all, the floorboards under the bathroom are clearly in need of serious and immediate attention. They give way when walked on (which, I suspect is why the floor covering is split) and can represent a potential health risk. As I said, I have chronic health issues and almost stumbled on a number of occasions when the bathroom floor moved underneath me.My other comment is the size of the TV. It is tiny! A decent size tv, perhaps with a few streamed channels, would help in weeks like we had where the weather outside was wet, very wet! Fix these points and I will immediately increase my return score from "good" to "very good". As I say, it is a perfect place for people like me with mobility issues where stairs, and indeed walking, are an issue.
