Excellent property, clean, well equipped and an excellent location to access Newquay - everything you need is within walking distance. Having an allocated parking space is very useful. The only negative is the proximity to local clubs so there can be quite a lot of noise into the early hours - earplugs recommended

Excellent location as it in the centre with a beautiful beach view. Only thing to note would be that because of the central location, the noise at night from surrounding bars is very loud. Didnt mind it but might bother others if looking for somewhere quieter.

Right in the heart of Newquay with a lovely view of Towan beach. Well appointed accommodation which was spotlessly clean, nice touches such as dog bowls and blankets, dishwasher tablets, milk, tea and coffee left for our use. Added bonus of use of bodyboard and foamie surfboard ideal for a beginner. Parking permit for 1 car in a close carpark. Very Dog friendly townNot recommended for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs in the property and surrounding area and beach access is via quite a steep hill. Restaurants, shops and bars all on the doorstep, can be a bit noisy at weekends into the early hours, but it didn't bother us. Would definitely recommend and book again
