The first floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom with a freestanding bath. The top floor offers a master bedroom with an en-suite.

Great little cottage, lots of space and great location on the edge of the village. 5 min walk to the village centre, shop pub cafe etc. 10 min walk to the beach! Double beds were on the small side, cosy for two adults used to a king size bed!

An extremely well thought out and comfortable property. A great size for 6 adults, 1 baby and a dog, nobody felt on top of each other.A wonderful location for the beach, 2 pubs and cafe/ pizzeria that beautiful Crantock has to offer. We can highly recommend this property - and the lovely cake and welcome pack awaiting for us upon arrival was a really nice touch.

My family and I had a wonderful week at Greycott this summer. Its location, just a 10 minute walk from the village, and being able to walk to the beach was excellent. The house itself accommodated our family of 7 and our miniature dachshund easily - everyone having plenty of space. The views from upstairs were fantastic. We loved all sitting around the kitchen table playing cards and the garden was a great size and safe too. We would love to return!
