Sleeping eight guests, and welcoming two delighted dogs, the four-bedroom property is just 0.5 miles from the beach at Fistral. Enjoy your proximity to the vibrant town of Newquay, which is known for its shops, cafes, bars and, of course, beaches that are popular with surfers. Visit family attractions and historic sights and strike out along the coast for dramatic scenery and other beaches.

Enter this bright abode with its breezy seaside decor, and amble through into the lounge to relax in comfort. Watch the Smart TV or chat to your friends and family, while the younger members of the party make their way into the games room to watch another Smart TV or play on the games console or football table. Make a cup of fresh coffee or prepare a holiday feast in the bright, farmhouse-style kitchen/diner then dine in here or out in the fresh air. There is also a WC downstairs. Head up to the first floor to find a super-king-size room, with zip-and-link beds, which can be arranged as twins in advance, plus a double and a twin, all of which have en-suite shower rooms. Climb the stairs to the second floor to discover a sumptuous king-size room, with vaulted ceiling and en-suite bathroom with clawfoot bath. All the bedrooms here have Smart TVs. Light the BBQ out in the decked courtyard garden on fine days. Find parking for one car at the house.

Drive to spectacular Perranporth Beach, 9.5 miles away, with its wide, golden sands, for a change of scene. Visit the National Trust’s Trerice, an Elizabethan manor house, 4.5 miles away, or head into Newquay to go to the zoo, the aquarium or Waterworld.
