This cosy studio cottage is located on farmland close to Cornwall s stunning coastline. There is plenty to see in the area, with Newquay just four miles away, with its popular beaches, suitable for both swimmers and surfers alike. There is an aquarium here, a zoo, as well as surf academies, bars, and restaurants. Just a little further around the coast is the stunning Watergate Bay, with a wide expanse of sandy beach, where guests will find Emily Scott Food. You can also explore the Cornish Way Cycle Route which runs nearby. This studio style cottage has been delightfully and sympathetically converted to make comfortable holiday accommodation for two. All of the living accommodation is located in one open plan space, which has everything that guests will need to enjoy their stay, as well as some interesting period features, including the exposed stone walls. However, there is no need to go without your modern creature comforts, as there is a Smart TV, Netflix included, and Bose music system. There is also a wood burner which keeps the studio lovely and cosy whatever the weather and also adds to the romantic atmosphere. The kitchen area is well equipped with an oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Tucked away behind the lounge area is the bedroom area with its king size bed. A door next to the bedroom area leads to the en suite shower room with power shower and WC. Outside, there is a small, enclosed shingled garden with seating, use of your own private summerhouse with sofa and pretty lighting and your own private hot tub to relax in at the end of a day exploring the local area. Just outside of this area, is a woodland/ orchard area for guests to enjoy. There an additional seating next to two pleasant ponds. There is also a games room with table football, pool table, dart board, Bluetooth speaker and a snug area. Need to know: Studio style cottage with king size bed. En suite shower room with power shower and WC. Smart Tv, Netflix included,iPod dock and 6 port USB desktop charger. Dressing gowns provided on request. Nespresso coffee machine. Woodburner ( logs included). BBQ area available. February and March 2024 (excluding Easter)any day arrival, Sunday departures late check out 12 noon and hot tub can be included outside standard availability for a charge of 10 per night. From the 1st November 2024 the hot tub will be replaced with a wonderful double ended outside bath tub. This will allow you to tranquilly luxuriate in bubbles whilst being surrounded by nature. Use of your own private hot tub on day of arrival will need to reach temperature before use (2024 available February 23rd 29th November inclusive) Please bring your own towels for the hot tub.. Private summerhouse with cosy sofa and pretty lighting (can be used as lockable storage). Shared games room with table football, pool table, dartboard and Bluetooth speaker. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles, supermarket 4 miles, beach 5 miles. Ample parking Please note unless agreed prior to your stay, charging using a 13 amp plug with or without an extension lead at the property is strictly prohibited due to insurance, public liability and suitability of electrical installations.. 50 discount for a 2 week booking. Bottle of Prosecco for August holidays. Regret no Children or babies in arms. Please note there is a security camera in the car parking area it does not face towards the property. W/C 17th May 2024 the hot tub will not be available for use for this week only and so a discount of 50 has been applied .
