About this property

Perfect for families, this eco-friendly zero carbon holiday home is set over four floors, overlooking Newquay and the stunning Cornish coastline. Tucked away in a private gated development, No 5 is one of just fourteen prestigious properties. Beautifully furnished throughout, you will feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Relaxation is key to the design with the open-plan living room for all of the family to enjoy. The fourth floor sun room has access to a roof terrace where you will spend many hours soaking up the sun and enjoying alfresco dining whilst admiring the far reaching sea views. There are four bedrooms here, set over the ground and first floor, there are also three bathrooms. With a smart heating system and an electric vehicle charging station in the private car park, the house is most eco-friendly, the superb location means that you may decide to leave your car parked up for the duration of your stay. The world famous Fistral Beach is a short walk away, and the excellent selection of beaches and family attractions are all within walking distance. Dining out will always be a pleasure with a host of restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes all adding to the pleasure and memories that will be created from a stay at this beautiful home.

Nestled on Cornwall's Atlantic Coast, Newquay has previously been voted as "One of the Nation's Favourite Seaside Towns" in the prestigious Which Holiday Survey. With an endless supply of rolling surf, golden sandy beaches, a zoo, sea life centre and a wealth of restaurants and bars, it's easy to understand the popularity behind Newquay. The city of Truro, with its stunning architecture, is 14 miles away, while the quaint fishing village of Padstow is 17 miles away.
