At low tide take a walk along the beach at Rock alongside the sand dunes all the way around to Daymer Bay popular for the calm clear waters and rock pools, take the circular foot path back passing the pretty church of St Endoc and the golf course.

Head to Wadebridge a 6.6 mile drive formerly a market town, home to three supermarkets, gift shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, a leisure centre with swimming pool and a cinema. The Camel trail can be explored on foot or bicycle, following the old railway line from St Breward to Padstow.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country.
