Large bi-folding doors lead from all rooms onto the spacious wraparound terraces that have east, south and west aspects for all day sun. Please note that the blinds in all bi-folding doors within the property are set to a specific configuration and cannot be altered. Externally, the spacious decked terrace totals 90 square metres and is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers for those relaxing days soaking up the amazing views. The whole terrace benefits from panoramic views out to the Camel Estuary, across to Rock and out to sea.

Padstow, the popular fishing port, with its pretty harbour and gourmet restaurants, Rock ferry and beaches, is just a short walk away. A variety of boat trips regularly depart from the harbour, providing cruises and fishing trips along with a ferry across to Rock. Padstow also offers a wide range of activities including cycling the Camel Trail, surfing, fishing, karting, golf and fantastic coastal walks. Those who fancy trying their hands are cooking can partake in the Rick Stein Cookery School, guests can also take a trip to Sea Life Safari, or visit one of the many local beaches. If you’re a fan of wildlife, you can also visit Padstow, where you may see the seals and whales!. For the adrenaline seekers, Go Carting at St Eval is a must!
