Country walks are close at hand along one of the many footpaths and Argal reservoir is within easy access for fishing and picnics. Bustling Falmouth with its sandy beaches, harbour and excellent sailing opportunities is just a couple of miles away and a string of beaches and coves line the infamous coast of the Lizard Peninsula. The north coasts are just as accessible with renowned surfing beaches.

There is also a shower room with shower and WC. This lovely little bolthole is beautifully cosy due to the underfloor heating throughout.
Heading outside you will find a delightful decked patio area with garden furniture, and steps leading down onto the beautiful lawn area with garden furniture, BBQ and a shallow stream to one side. There is a wooden shed with a hanging rail which is ideal for wetsuits and body boards.
