On sunny days, venture out to the patio area, ideal for a lunchtime picnic or a relax in the rays, offering a private and intimate space to enjoy your break away. To prepare for your itinerary of walks, visits and activities, head upstairs to the well-presented bedrooms, elegantly styled and inviting, along with a fully-equipped family bathroom; you'll find ample sleeping spots for all, including a double and a twin bedroom. Once you're ready to venture out to nearby pubs, restaurants, and historic landmarks, find yourself conveniently located in neighbouring villages, including St Just, also delivering an array of local amenities. For an immersive day out, head to Geevor Tin Mine and explore its preserved footprint, visit Levant Mine and Beam Engine, and take part in a professional tour, or stroll around Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden and discover over twenty different sculptures from the 20th century. If you're an avid walker, embark on a hike around the South West Coastal Path, take in the stunning turquoise waters at Portheras Cove, or venture to St Ives and its Clodgy Viewpoint. Popular hotspots also include Land's End, Gurnard's Head and Penzance Promenade, all presenting picture-perfect views of the coastline. Set within an inviting village, choose 15 Boscaswell Downs as your Cornish family break.

Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Great location for a walking holiday. Super walks, excellent pubs, a Spar shop across the road. What more do you need? Michelle
It provided everything needed, an extremely generous welcome hamper, and clear instructions for all appliances including the wood burner. A slight hiccup with the boiler was swiftly dealt with and additionally compensated for. Weâll be back!
