Bell Cottage is a privately owned attached residence within the grounds of Kenegie Manor holiday park - a grand and elegant building built over 500 years ago - and is just two miles from the beautiful coastline. From February to October, guests have unlimited use of a range of on-site facilities that include an indoor heated pool, Nordic sauna, hot tub, tennis courts, pitch and putt, wireless internet and Club house. Bell Cottage is quietly positioned within the grounds and makes for a relaxing break and is conveniently placed for visiting the coast. The living room has a modern corner sofa and chair, coal-effect fire and French doors that lead to a sunny patio and there is a kitchen with dining table and chairs. Upstairs is a large master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom as well as the family bathroom.
Marazion in Mounts Bay is a buzzing seaside community with a large stretch of beautiful golden beach for sandcastles, swims and boating adventures. Enjoy the restaurants, galleries and coffee houses. St Michael's Mount is the iconic part time isle reached via a cobbled causeway at low tide or ferry jaunt at high water.

It's decorated extremely well and set in very attractive countryside, only a 5-minute drive from Penzance. The walls are so thick that even though it's a semi, there's no noise at all from the neighbours. We had a problem with the TV that was resolved really quickly by the owners. The only problem (which is outside of the control of the owner), is the estate where the cottage is. Parts of it are fairly dilapidated. The swimming pool changing room and toilets are out of order and need refurbishment, the tennis court is pretty run down, much of the estate needs some TLC and the estate roads are fairly bumpy. That said, we had a really nice time and if you don't care about the downsides of the estate, then this is a great place to stay at a good price.

What letâs it down is the site facilities ,swimming pool not open on some days , NO female changing room , the whole pool area is like a Dump, not fit for purpose. The bar doesnât do food on some night even went it advertised. Some of the site staff are NOT very helpful, preferring to have a beer and not going and getting you a tennis racket. Would i recommend this cottage to someone No . The site needs to be managed a lot better.

It suited our family perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. We would love to come visit Bell Cottage again and this will be top of the list should we return to Cornwall. We would recommend that the twin and single rooms be fitted with blackout curtains/blinds as the slated blinds do let in a lot of light. The only slight negative was swimming pool with there being errors accessing the online page for booking (which was a pain as can only book on the day of use). We had to go to reception and get them to book for us. When it was our turn to use the pool, the changing rooms and the toilets were closed off (something not advised at the point of booking, especially as we booked in person). This was highly frustrating given we have two young children and then had to use the toilets through the restaurant area. This is not a reflection on Bell Cottage though.
