The Green House is perfectly located between Penzance and Land’s End, close to the most westerly town in mainland Britain, St Just. Set on private farmland and accessed via a rough track, it offers a peaceful and secluded base for couples looking to explore the far west of Cornwall. This dramatic landscape, famously featured in Poldark and steeped in tales of smugglers, is rich in history and natural beauty. The rugged coastline and open moorland are home to abundant wildlife, including the iconic Cornish chough.

There is plenty to see and do nearby. Enjoy a round of golf at Cape Cornwall, try fly fishing at Drift Reservoir, or wander across the wild moors dotted with the atmospheric remains of old tin mining engine houses. Visit Geevor Tin Mine and Museum to experience an underground tour and discover Cornwall’s mining heritage.
