A very clean, dog-friendly holiday let. Perfect location for the beach which is just across the carpark. Brilliant value for money when we booked. The only negatives is that the door should be a key lock on the inside (our son is special needs and this was a safety issue) and the cutlery needs replacing.

Fantastic flat, on top of beach (literally a 30 second level walk) Newquay and other destinations, no more than 30 minutes drive. Facilities in flat are excellent. Pleasantly surprised with welcome packs/items (coffee, tea, sugar washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc) personally, only niggle, would have preferred a larger fridge/freezer.

Great location, level walk to town and beach which is a stones throw away. Unfortunately the cleanliness was below average and general upkeep needs some work. Bathroom was unclean and needed maintenance. A leak was fixed whilst we were there which was great. Mattresses in need of upgrade. After staying the previous year and giving it 5 stars overall, disappointed how it has gone downhill.
