Trethvor in Perranporth is a well-equipped and spacious cottage, praised for its excellent location, homely atmosphere, and cleanliness. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds, lovely views, and responsive management. While the property is ideal for families and groups, some noted challenges with parking, steep steps, and limited lounge seating. Thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack and flowers were well received, though not guaranteed. Overall, guests enjoyed their stays and would recommend the property.

Most guests found the cottage clean and well maintained, with only minor issues such as some utensils needing an extra wash. The property is generally described as spotlessly clean.

The location is highly praised for its convenience to Perranporth and lovely views. The only drawback mentioned is the steep climb and busy beach during peak times.

Guests found the beds very comfortable and the house cosy. However, some noted a lack of comfortable seating in the lounge for larger groups and a need for more pillows.

The cottage is well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms. Some guests mentioned a need for more kitchen equipment, erratic shower, and issues with parking and garden maintenance.

Guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack and flowers, though these are not guaranteed for every stay.

This is the 2nd time staying at this property 1st stay in 2024 . Whilst we knew the house and had obviously stayed here before we were quite disappointed with the state of the property especially the windows they really need replacing the garden looked unkept and very overgrown. Parking still an issue we had two cars and it was a nightmare to park. On a positive location. Is great 😊 added seating area outside the front of the property a massive hit

Fantastic house ! Pictures do not do it justice . Great location , steps are steep but manageable . More seats in the living room would be good . But overall a lovely stay

we loved the holiday house, children loved it and said they was not going home.It had a nice atmosphere and comfortable and homely. Very well equipped for all your needs .The welcome pack was a lovely surprise we enjoyed very much .(flowers a lovely touch but two of us allergic to lilys. we just removed the Lily the rest was lovely ) Minor downside some of the cutlery and utensils had been put away dirty from previous people soon rectified with a wash.Would defiantly book this property again and have recommended it to a few people
