The window here provides fantastic panoramic views out across the seafront, open it up to hear the waves crashing against the shore. Climb the short staircase and find a lovely dining area with further extensive views, and an adjacent WC. The practical kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and a separate snug area is perfect for getting stuck into a good book. Upstairs via the living room, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other a bunk bed, both of which have en-suite shower rooms and superb views. Outside, you will have access to a utility room with laundry facilities. Though this property has no outdoor space, you can access the beach in a few short steps, just across the road in front of the cottage.
Right outside the property is the South West Coast Path, a long-distance walking route that cusps the coastline and passes some incredible views. Porthleven itself has a variety of restaurants, independent shops, and a scenic harbour and pier (400 metres). Further afield, you can visit the iconic St Michael’s Mount (8 miles) and the bustling town of Penzance (12 miles).
