It is a lovely cottage which is beautifully presented. The owners have carefully planned the finishing touches including the welcome gifts (welcomed by all of us). The garden is a great size and was thoroughly enjoyed by our dog! It truly is enclosed (many say they are but arenât). It was a perfect base for long dog walks and pub lunches. At the end of each day, the log burner and hot tub were a lovely way to relax. Donât forget to order steaks from the owner - they were delicious! Thank you.

! Beautiful cottage with everything that we needed for our stay. The dogs loved the underfloor heating and we loved the log burner and the hot tub! Itâs in a perfect location to visit so many places-we didnât have time to do everything that we wanted to so we will be booking to come back again next year. Kate is a fantastic host, so friendly and attentive, the welcome gifts for us and the dogs were such a lovely touch, as were the fresh flowers. Canât recommend The Bull Pen highly enough

But getting out of the shower was not a lot of room as my lady burnt her shoulder on the towel rail which was extremely hot which we know was in the book for the property but really should have a temperature control. The food in the farm shop was really tasty. We loved the flowers in the property plus doggy treats was really thoughtful and can't thankyou enough . Just a shame we couldn't use the hot tub due to the weather. Overall a big thankyou for a lovely stay and being so friendly too
