Upper Black Rock is a spacious two-bedroom maisonette, modernised in Autumn 2023, encompassing both the first and second floor of a large traditional townhouse. Situated on a sought after, south facing position in St Ives. The property is a short walk to the picturesque harbour and characterful town centre bustling with many shops and restaurants. The property has a fabulous south facing outside terrace, perfect for those warmer evenings where you can enjoy dining al fresco with glimpses of sea views.

The entrance to the building is via 10 granite steps with a handrail and then stairs to the apartment entrance on the first floor. There is one other apartment on the ground floor. For those larger parties, why not book the ground floor apartment Lower Black Rock too?

FIRST FLOOR:

Lounge/Diner: A super room with two windows to the front, one being a large bay window with glorious views across the town and out to sea. A perfect spot to relax in the easy chair and watch the weather at any time of year. There is a comfy sofa, (which converts to a sofa bed however guests will need to bring their own bedding), Smart TV and dining table which seats four guests whilst taking in the views.

Kitchen: To the rear of the property with an electric induction hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, hanging space, chest of drawers, TV and windows to the rear and front of the property, again taking in the wonderful views.

Cloakroom: Hand wash basin and WC.

The stairs to the upper bedroom may be considered steep and narrow, they may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING: South facing terrace with plum and fig trees, a decked area, barbeque, and outdoor seating. No private parking, public car parks nearby.

Pets: Maximum one well-behaved dog welcome for an additional charge.

Power and Heat: Electric heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen (with exception to sofa bed) and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Highchair and travel cot provided.

Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided.
