The owners keep on top of the maintenance, Carolyn & her team keep it very clean. Once again had a lovely holiday in St Ives at Clearwater. Many thanks to the owners & to Carolyn.

Only points to note are that although we easily found the dos and don’ts book about the property which was helpful we could not find the book for clients comments that was mentioned or any collections of leaflets and advice about local amenities walks restaurants etc which would have been helpful. I would also advise that the en suite shower seems to have a small plumbing issue that’s needs attending with water leaking where the shower hose joins the valve . Also the toilet in there stuck on fill once so maybe that needs some attention too. But a lovely flat with good facilities and highly recommended

The location was great, the flat was great, parking superb, super comfy beds and quality bedding. The layout and the flooring made it very easy to keep clean. However we thought it needs a bit of a refresh. Paintwork is a bit tired, radiators dusty and rusty in places. Coffee machine leaks. Freezer needs defrosting. One glass was cracked and others chipped, some crockery was scratched and chipped and everything was rammed into the cupboards. Towels were poor quality. We think the property needs to up its game to warrant the cost of the rental. Just a few simple updates and upgrades and we’d be regular users happy to pay to stay here frequently.
