The family bathroom with bath, is conveniently located next to bedrooms three and four on the first floor, escape the group and treat yourself to a long relaxing soak.

The rear patio is accessed via the kitchen, two chairs provide the perfect setting for enjoying an alfresco drink. The golden sands of Porthmeor Beach are right on your door step, awarded a blue flag for its azure coloured waters, it’s a family favourite with a surf school and beach café, it also benefits from a seasonal lifeguard service, St Ives is a foodies favourite with a plethora of cafes and restaurants dotted around its pretty arc shaped harbour and even a Michelin Plate rated one right on St Ives other large stretch of sand, Porthminster Beach Café, all of them showcasing fresh sea food and local produce, pretty cobbled streets lead off the harbour filled with boutiques and galleries, ideal for gift hunting and highlighting local art, visit the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, to see how the town has inspired so many famous artists.
