Georgian Grade II listed granite-built house in the very quiet, and picturesque Downalong area of St Ives spread over four floors retaining the original layout and character features of it’s historic use as a fisherman’s cottage and pilchard press.

Downstairs to lower ground-floor open-plan living space including kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with smart TV and exit to street level via gated patio with seating at the rear of property.

Second lounge/snug on ground floor with sofa and smart TV, games/books and exit to street level via hallway at front of property.

Three bedrooms all with TVs: Ground-floor 1 x double with a large en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC; First-floor 1 x double, 1 x twin.

First-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

First-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail.

Third relaxation area in the attic with panoramic views of the harbour and St Ives Bay.
