At the heart of the house is a large, open-plan living area, a light-filled space designed for spending time together. The cosy wood burner creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for cooler evenings, while the glass-fronted terrace is ideal for alfresco dining, framed by stunning views of the surrounding coastline. Outside, the terraced lawns provide a peaceful and private space where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea air without any road noise to disturb your tranquillity.

Little Rabbit Hill features three comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully laid out for families or groups. Bedroom one offers twin 3' single beds that can be made up as a 6' super king on request. Bedroom two features a king-size bed, while bedroom three has twin 3' single beds that can also be converted into a 6' super king if preferred. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC, and the other with a bath, wash basin and WC.

The property is surrounded by National Trust land, offering easy access to some of Cornwall’s most scenic walking routes. Head left along the Camel Estuary towards Rock and hop on the ferry to Padstow, or wander right towards Pentire Point and The Rumps for breathtaking Atlantic views. For daily essentials, local shops are just a 10-minute stroll across the beach.

The enclosed garden is perfect for outdoor games, sunbathing, or simply soaking up the sunset with a glass of something chilled in hand. After a day at the beach, the walled garden’s hot outdoor shower is ideal for washing off sandy toes and salty hair. A charcoal barbecue is also available, perfect for outdoor meals with friends and family.

Little Rabbit Hill is ideally located for exploring the best of North Cornwall. Just a 10-minute drive away, The Point at Polzeath offers superb leisure facilities including a golf course, gym, swimming pool, and restaurant.
