Set in a peaceful yet central location, this well-equipped property boasts a private garden, ample parking, and spacious living areas, making it the ideal retreat for families or groups looking to explore North Cornwall’s stunning coastline.
Designed for both relaxation and adventure, Tresevens is bright and welcoming, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides a sociable hub, perfect for gathering together over leisurely breakfasts or hearty evening meals. A wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cosy retreat for cooler months. The entrance hall features a glass-fronted study area, ideal for reading or catching up on emails, while a coat and boot cupboard ensures plenty of storage for outdoor gear. A ground-floor WC adds convenience, and a separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use throughout their stay.
Tresevens is arranged over two floors, offering a spacious layout with well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom also features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, providing a peaceful and private retreat. There are two twin bedrooms, one of which features zip-and-link beds that can be made into a super king-size bed on request. The bunk room is perfectly suited for children, offering two sets of full-size bunk beds, making it a fun and practical space for younger guests. A spacious family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle serves the remaining bedrooms, and an additional first-floor WC adds further convenience.
